Sam is participating in Honoring A Legend: Cowboy Jack Clement in Nashville tonight (1/30) at Nashville's War Memorial Auditorium! This very special benefit show is establishing the Cowboy Jack Clement Fund through the Music Health Alliance, a non-profit organization providing the music industry with healthcare advocacy and resources, as well as affordable health care.

Cowboy Jack Clement, also known as The Pied Piper of Music City, has been a staple of the music industry for more than 60 years as an award-winning producer, artist, songwriter, publisher and executive. He has worked with some of the biggest names in rock'n'roll and country, such as U2, Johnny Cash and Elvis Presley.

It looks like a worthy cause that is supported by some great musicians and people.
Maybe some of the performers might also encourage their fans to support the Robin Hood Tax, a tax on speculative financial transactions that could be used to help finance a genuine Single Payer Universal Health Care system.
It's supported by the National Nurses Union, too.
